Please register here for a team of 4 players for The Chilly Challenge, Saturday, October 1st at Madden's Pine Beach West

You will see two different shotgun start times - 9:00am and 1:30pm.  Please designate what time you'd like to start.

***Teams with a combination of members and non members should fill out separate registrations.  For example:  Jim and Bob are Madden's Members.  They are playing with Keith and Doug who are not Madden's members.  Jim and Bob are $50+tax/player and will complete the "Madden's Member Registration for The Chilly Challenge".  Keith and Doug are $75+tax/player and will complete the "Team Registration for The Chilly Challenge".
